We do exchanges up to 15 days (WE DO NOT OFFER EXCHANGES ON FINAL SALE ITEMS OR SALE ITEMS (anything that ends in .99.

Please return items unworn, tags still attached, and no odors to the address shipped to you. 

PLEASE INCLUDE RECEIPT OR ORDER NUMBER

We will place a credit on your account so please make sure you provide the receipt.  ❤️

• Refund policy — WE OFFER EXCHANGES (if still available) AND/OR STORE CREDIT ONLY 
• Delivery policy — ORDERS ARE SHIPPED FROM OUR WAREHOUSE IN MEMPHIS, TN WITHIN 1-2 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER YOUR ORDER IS PLACED. 
• Return policy –WE OFFER EXCHANGES (if item is still available) AND/OR STORE CREDIT WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ITEM RECEIPT.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
